Hot Salsa Party – IX Mega Biba in Sopot, 15-19 August 2012

Feel the Summer heat in the Tricity, the holiday capital of Poland! For four days (and nights) the beaches and clubs of Sopot will change into dancing floors for the lovers of salsa, bachata, kizomba and zouka. Join us and get swept away by the waves of latino music!

Practical information

 

Starting time: 10 a.m., August 15 (Wednesday)

Starting place: Warsaw Western Bus Station (Dworzec Zachodni), Aleje Jerozolimskie 144.

Ending time: 3 p.m., August 19 (Sunday)

PRICE: 750 zł/person. Transport, 4 nights in a 4-person flat in the Sopot city center, tour leader, personal accident insurance (NNW), tickets for all the parties, all the necessary taxes included. Meals and any other eventual entrance fees are not included.

What we are going to do

 

You will have complete freedom to choose between going to the parties, sunbathing on the beach or sightseeing by yourself. Every day there are day and night parties. The day parties start at 9 or 10 a.m. and end around 8 p.m. Then the all night parties begin! Starting at 8 p.m. we will be able to dance in the Koliba club in two zones: Salsa lovers zone and Kizomba&Bachata afficionados zone.

Wednesday

  • Arrival in Sopot in the afternoon. Settling in.
  • Party! Place: the terrace in front of China Hotel in Sopot – from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Thursday

  • Party! Place: the terrace in front of China Hotel in Sopot – from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m

Friday

  • Party! Place: Pier and the terrace in front of Koliba in Sopot– from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m

Saturday

  • Party! Place: Pier and the terrace in front of Koliba in Sopot– from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m

Sunday

  • Party! Place: Pier and the terrace in front of Koliba in Sopot– from 9:00 a.m.
  • We leave for Warsaw at 3 p.m.

Optional extention

If you have the strenght we could take some time to visit Gdańsk and its beautiful Old Town. The St. Dominic Market will be at its peak, making the streets teem with people buying special hand-made souvenirs, traditional organic food and listening to the many concerts organized in several spots of the Old Town. On Saturday, August 18, the closing ceremony for the Market takes place.
